ARRIVAL
The championship area is located approximately 2.5 kilometers from the city center. Address Isomäentie 7, 28500 Pori.

Local transport
City Line 1 operates on weekdays between the Market Square and Isomäki from 6:20 to 21:45, running approximately every 20 minutes. Please note the time of the last departure. On weekends, the same line operates from 9:45 to 17:45, running every 30 minutes. Taxi services are also available near the venue.
Parking
There are limited amount of parking spaces near the venue. Parking areas are marked with signs.
Others
Pub Winston offers bus transportation to Finland’s matches and back throughout the championship week. The bus departs 45 minutes before the match starts, and you can get a bus ticket by purchasing a product at Winston or Amarillo. Bus departs from Gallen-Kallelankatu 8, 28100 Pori. More info here.
On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, Hole in One Bar will provide bus transportation for students to the venue and back in the early evening. The bus schedules will be announced later.
Satakuntakylä
In front of the artificial ice rink you’ll find Satakuntakylä, a marketplace for local entrepreneurs and vendors. Satakuntakylä is located outside the ticketed area and can be accessed without a ticket.
You can find the official tournament merchandise at the Finnish Bandy Federation stand in Satakuntakylä. Merchandise is available already before the championships and during the tournament week also at Ratsula Department Store (Antinkatu 17) and at the Pori Market Hall (Yrjönkatu 12).

Events during the championship week
During the championship week, a wide variety of events will be organized around the city. You can find all events on the City of Pori’s website
Official afterparties take place at Pub Winston (Gallen-Kallelankatu 8), Beer Hunter’s (Antinkatu 11) and Hole in One Bar (Antinkatu 16).
Hole in One Bar hosts on wednesday 14.1.2026 students’ day before- and afterparties, and also on sunday 18.1.2026 official tournament closing event/afterparty.
On Saturday, January 17, 2026 K40-Disco goes Bandy 2026 will take place as an afterparty at Rakastajat-teatteri (Pohjoisranta 11). With a championship pass or ticket, entry is available at half price.
A party for adults in a unique and atmospheric setting.
The opening ceremony of the men’s tournament will take place on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Liisantori Square (Annankatu 18, 28100 Pori).
